Most Audi A4 B6/B7 engines come “naked” from the factory. As a result, rain and debris can penetrate and harm the motor. The engine bay doesn’t look too good as a result, either. The extremely simple method of installing Audi OEM engine covers, described below, will help you dress up and protect your engine in less than 5 minutes! Beat that.

Instructions
Step 1
Remove the weather stripping that goes across the engine bay and small engine cover to make room for the new covers.
Step 2
Install the rain tray cover and secure it with the weather stripping.
Step 3
Snap the battery cover onto the rain tray cover.
Step 4
Install the left engine compartment cover. It should just sit in place. Some folks like to secure it with OEM bolts and hardware but it’s perfectly fine without them.
Step 5
You are done! Enjoy your dressy and protected engine bay.
